"The Frost Giants have broken through to the Mortal Plane and their war with the Gods is reaching its climax. The gods fight valiantly, but their eternal foe has learned from centuries of defeat and their hearts have grown cold to mercy.

Now only Odin, King of the Gods, is left to avenge his brethren. He mourns the fallen and prepares for a final showdown. Years ago, a prophecy warned Odin that he would be eaten by Fenrir, a monstrous wolf in league with the Frost Giants. Although Odin is determined to defeat this threat, an icy hand grabs him and he feels his body freeze in place. As more hands reach out to restrain their prisoner, the hungry wolf rises from the snow. The war of the Frost Giants and the era of the Norse Gods is over.”
