What if I've Never Written Music Before?
First-time composers are welcome here! The fundamentals of composing are universal and we'll spend our early lessons learning how to structure your ideas! You'll be writing your own music on Day 1. Don't doubt yourself!
I Don't Play an Instrument? Can I Still Compose?
Yes! Absolutely! There are several composers who don't play any instruments.

I Was Really Busy This Week and I Didn't Write Anything at all. Should We even Have our Lesson?
Yes! Yes! Yes! In my experience, showing up for your lesson unprepared is more productive than not showing up at all. If you're stuck and unable to write, there's probably a reason! In these instances, showing up for your lesson might be the best thing to help get you unstuck.
